Description

Parent/umbrella: #314 (OAM - Alerts and delivery thereof).

Scope

  • Set up nut-driver/client/server/monitor on pfv-tsys1, pfv-tsys4, stlpc-artroom.
  • Set up nut-client on pfv-tsys2/3/5 and the pi-* hosts.
  • Set up NUT integration in Home Assistant (pull from the tsys1/tsys4/stlpc-artroom NUT server).

Self-contained workstream.

COMPLETED: APC Smart-UPS C 1500 managed via NUT (usbhid-ups) on pfv-tsys1. upsd listening on Tailscale + LAN. Local upsmon (master) for graceful hypervisor shutdown. Home Assistant NUT integration via REST API. Code: PFVCluster/dcinfra/ups/. Known remaining: Tripp Lite UPS blocked (driver fails, needs physical reseat) - tracked separately.
