Description

HashiCorp Vault deployed but UNCONFIGURED. All API keys currently in plaintext config.

Scope:

  • Configure Vault (unseal, auth method, policies)
  • Inventory all API keys/secrets across fleet
  • Migrate secrets to Vault
  • Update application configs to pull from Vault
