Description
Move all API keys currently stored in ~/.creds/*.env files (redmine, discourse, grafana, librenms, technitium, pushover, phpipam, beszel, oxidized, prometheus, unifi, switch-creds, uptime-kuma) into Bitwarden. Update all CLI invocation patterns from --env-file ~/.creds/.env to bw-run.sh credential sourcing. This unblocks the agent identity bootstrap (agents need the same credential sourcing layer). Scheduled for Wed Aug 19 evening session. References: ~/Q3/agent-identity-bootstrap.md
