Parent/umbrella: #345 (OAM: Physical access control - server room door badge). ## Scope - [ ] Write/assemble the badge system code - [ ] Test logic on the laptop (offline, no door hardware needed) ## Scheduling - Office (San Antonio) - laptop work. Not Friday-bound. - Target complete by 2026-08-13 (before the next onsite Friday). ## Dependencies - Precedes #356 Blocks #PHASE2 (deployment & onsite testing) - this must finish first.
