Dependencies

Current monitoring coverage gaps (PFVCluster DRIFT-2026-07-30): snmpd missing on tsys1, beszel agent not deployed fleet-wide, rsyslog not fleet-wide. Active monitors: LibreNMS (partial), Uptime Kuma (HTTP), Home Assistant (environmental), NUT (UPS via REST). Goal: no overlap, full coverage matrix.
