Description

tsys5 Intel 82571EB port 2 (nic2) auto-negotiated to 10Mbps instead of 1Gbps. The NIC supports 1000baseT and advertises it, but link partner only offers 10baseT/Full. 17 link failures on this port (vs 2 on nic1). LACP bond is effectively 1Gbps + 10Mbps. Needs cable swap on rack 5 — user is onsite today. Discovered during 2026-08-07 perf testing.
