Problem¶
Switch SNMP location strings are inconsistent across the fleet:

Scope¶
- User approves location standard
- Apply via conman on each switch:
snmp-server location PFV/Server-Room/Rn - Update LibreNMS device locations (auto-discovered from SNMP)
- Update NetDisco device locations (auto-discovered from SNMP)
- Update phpIPAM device locations
Notes¶
- phpIPAM sections already structured this way (PFV > Server Room / EE Lab / Art Room)
- Aligns with rack numbering in Discourse #304 (Proxmox Fleet Reference)
