Description

Naming convention audit [#446] confirmed the fleet pattern: sectestbed- / preprod- / <name or tsys-> (prod). The hfnoc-uisp lineage (Ubiquiti UISP, vendor software) is complete: hfnoc-uisp (702, tsys7), preprod-hfnoc-uisp (515), sectestbed-hfnoc-uisp (51012, renamed+aligned 2026-08-26). The HFNOC GIS/app stack has ZERO footprint at any tier. Proposal: create empty sectestbed-hfnoc VM on pfv-tsys5 alongside the other 5100-series sectestbed VMs (clone KNELTemplate), matching spec of siblings (2c/2-4GB), add knel.net DNS + tailscale, localuser+passwordless sudo. Preprod (preprod-hfnoc) and prod (hfnoc) VMs follow later once the stack is defined. Awaiting approval — no VMs created yet. Report: https://community.turnsys.com/t/312
