Description

Parent/umbrella: #307 (IT & Facilities Punch List).

Scope

  • Configure bonded 2Gbps (LACP) storage connections on all hosts
  • Verify each host's storage bond is active on the storage VLAN
  • Validate throughput on each bond

Scheduling

[#348] Subsumed by [#394]. Bonded storage connections audited and fixed:

  • tsys4: 802.3ad → active-backup (USB NICs can't do LACP)
  • tsys5: g33 channel-group fixed, nic2 at 10Mbps (BUG 3 deferred)
  • tsys6/7: 2Gbps LACP confirmed healthy
    Closing as duplicate.

Update 2026-08-07: tsys5 = 2-port LACP bond verified (nic1+nic2 up, 802.3ad). tsys6 = bond verified. tsys4 = active-backup (USB NICs cannot LACP). tsys1/3/9 = single datanet NIC only (hardware: no 2nd port). Cannot achieve 2Gbps bond without adding NICs to tsys1/3/9 - hardware procurement needed, out of scope for today.
