Description
Todo 2025-08-20¶
- Get subopi(x) units in garage (back) online
- Get subopi(x) units in server room (back) online
- Ensure all storage interfaces/channels are linking at 1G
- Move extra 1TB drives from ultix to tsys2 external drive bays
- Plug in 3TB hard drive to tsys1 to pull Axios and other data from old file server drive images (drive was plugged in, tried two different usb -> sata adapters, dmesg complained, need to troubleshoot (drive was recognized on reboot though and hung the boot)
Art Room¶
- Give art room canon multi function unit a static IP address (in progress, powered it on, connected to USB to re-run setup). (due 2025-08-18)
- Catalog contents of dream box
- Cleanup art room floor (scrape up paint)
Garage¶
- Label everything appropriately in garage
- Fix big fan (blade has come off due to vibrations)
- Deploy cable runners on floor (between work bench and EE desk)
- Fix aircon vent hose connection to garage wall vent
- Assemble, deploy de-ionizer and use TDS tester to test the effectiveness
Server Room¶

- Get upstairs receiver mounted above couch
- Get upstairs speakers positioned and and wired / cable managed to receiver
- Connect fire stick video out to receiver hdmi in and projector video in to receiver hdmi out

We ran out of space on the management switch in r3. So we had to steal some ports from the storage switch for mgmt interfaces.
