For ALL repositories in gitea
- Ensure wiki/issues are disabled in the repository settings
- Ensure a discourse category exists for the repository (ensure the category welcome post links to the gitea repo and Redmine project)
- Edit the readme of the gitea repository and link to the appropriate discourse category and Redmine project
