Description
- Create / update Emergency Action Plan
- Create/update/review EAP/continuity plan generally
- setup designated out of band agent for business continuity in event of CEO and COO incapacity or death
- Follow fidsafe check lists
- Upload everything into fidsafe and ensure out of band recovery agent has access
- Update Power of Attorney and schedule management review on a quarterly basis / board review on a yearly basis
- Draft BOD seat transfer provisions from Charles to Patti
- Setup calendar reminder for BOD/Charles/Patti to review (quarterly) continuity documents
- Ensure all digital/offline (safe combos) credentials are in shared orgs in bitwarden (samir secret sharing?)
