Description

  • Create / update Emergency Action Plan
  • Create/update/review EAP/continuity plan generally
  • setup designated out of band agent for business continuity in event of CEO and COO incapacity or death
  • Follow fidsafe check lists
  • Upload everything into fidsafe and ensure out of band recovery agent has access
  • Update Power of Attorney and schedule management review on a quarterly basis / board review on a yearly basis
  • Draft BOD seat transfer provisions from Charles to Patti
  • Setup calendar reminder for BOD/Charles/Patti to review (quarterly) continuity documents
  • Ensure all digital/offline (safe combos) credentials are in shared orgs in bitwarden (samir secret sharing?)
